Just to try out Google Desktop Gadgets I quickly wrote this little Gadget.
It shows the temperature outside my house by getting it
from my webserver every fifth minute. You can also click
on it to get an instant update. That is about all it does.
You can download the source code here. Maybe it can serve
as an example on how to use view.setTimeout and XMLHttpRequest.
